To find out if we are available to design a cake for your next big event Consultations By Appointment Only reserved for Wedding cakes & cakes over 100 servings. We are usually available from Noon til 5pm Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sundays & Mondays. However, we do not answer our phone as often as we can check our email. Due to design time constraints we ask that you initially email us! We will make arrangements to meet with clients as needed, but we do not offer walk-in assistance. |

There is a high demand for our gourmet designer cakes as we are a boutique cake studio, and we accept a limited number of orders for each date, on a first-come-first-served basis. We do not guarantee an order or hold a date until a nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the order total has been received.
We recommend booking your event as far in advance as possible to ensure your date is available. Bookings are made on a first come, first pay basis. We are a boutique pastry shop and are limited in the number of events we can handle each week.

Phone Contact
Heavenly Confections does not give price quotes over the phone. You must first email us to check on availability and to receive a price quote. Detailed information is needed via email (pictures, sketch ideas, etc) before a price quote can be given. Due to the nature of the business and the attention I like to give my cakes, email is the best form of initial contact. I prefer to not take calls when I am busy designing a cake.
