Groom's Cake - Speed Boat

This cake was designed for a bride to give to her groom. It's a six layer 11 X 15 peanut butter cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream carved to look like the groom's Celebrity boat. The details include seat stitching, steering wheel, ski tow and the entire engine prop and stern drive.

Chocolate cake and marshmallow fluff is decorated to look like a Jagermeister bottle: the groom's favorite drink.
